“I am a native of Chennai. I was staying in Thousand Lights area. My husband had passed away long back. I have no children. I was doing some work and managing myself. But after some time, I could not do any physical work. Therefore, through some friends, I came to “Kaakkum Karangal”. I am staying here for the last three years. I am very happy. Food and clothing are provided. Medicines are also given, when I become ill.”
